Citizens are given access to digital devices and digital administrative services: The Lobeda and Winzerla district offices and the Citizens' Service will be equipped with modern computer terminals that enable the direct and secure use of digital administrative services.

The terminals and PCs provide citizens with low-threshold and largely free access to the internet, digital devices and basic software. The devices can be used for everyday private applications such as communicating with authorities, booking appointments and tickets, online banking, writing applications, printing and more. Card readers for the online function of the ID card are made available so that administrative procedures can be carried out digitally close to home in the neighborhood.
