New project coordinator for the ProbierLaden: Welcome to the Smart City team, Sara Delinger-Parčetić!
The ProbierLaden has a new project coordinator: Sara Delinger-Parčetić succeeds Sandra Laue as head of the analog contact point for digital issues and brings with her extensive experience in the fields of media education, cultural management and political education. We are delighted to welcome her to the Smart City team!
Experience and professional background
Sara Delinger-Parčetić has already been working at JenaKultur for several years. From 2021 to 2024, she worked as a project coordinator for political education at the vhs Jena. There she developed and managed educational and exchange formats for heterogeneous target groups, especially in the field of media education in schools.

In her new role, Sara Delinger-Parčetić takes over the management of the ProbierLaden and brings fresh ideas for its further development. Since its opening in September 2024, the ProbierLaden has established itself as a permanent point of contact for anyone looking for support in dealing with digital media. People of all ages use the service to clarify questions, reduce uncertainty and strengthen digital skills.
"The ProbierLaden is highly frequented and visible in the city. People enjoy coming to the ProbierLaden and feel understood and supported by our team. I would like totakethis opportunity to thank Ms. Laue once again for her intensive development work and for paving the way for this successful model project," says Sara Delinger-Parčetić. "My goal is to continue expanding the ProbierLaden and its network together with the team so that people continue to enjoy coming here."
A special project for the coming period is to mobilize the "ProbierMobil" with the help of an e-bike. This will allow it to travel to different parts of the city to carry out educational outreach work. "This allows us to provide support exactly where we are needed," explains Delinger-Parčetić.
The tasting store remains in demand
Her start in her new position went smoothly. "I was warmly welcomed into the team and had a very good handover," she reports. In the first few weeks, she regularly accompanied the team on site in the tasting store to get to know the processes and gain a direct insight into the needs of the visitors.
Interest in the ProbierLaden remains high. The demand for individual advice and courses - especially for getting started with PC and smartphone use - is high. Thanks to the dedicated team - social and media educators Anna Geißler and Oliver Ephrosi Menchau - as well as additional Digi-Coaches, many people can be reached.
"It is particularly important to me that we continue to carry the project vision forward together as a team and ensure that people use the ProbierLaden as a point of contact to master their digital challenges with a feel-good factor," says Sara Delinger-Parčetić.
A key task for the future will be to continue the project beyond 2027. Because even after the official funding period, the digital transformation will continue to accompany the everyday lives of many people - and the need for support will not diminish.
"We are delighted to welcome Sara to the ProbierLaden team as our new project coordinator! We are convinced that she will further strengthen this special place of digital participation. We wish her a great start and look forward to working with her!" emphasizes Dorothea Prell, overall project manager of Smart City Jena.
