On safari through Jena's digital world

On October 28, 2025, a very special tour will start in Jena: the JENA Digital Safari. Together with Techniker Krankenkasse, JENA Digital is opening the doors to the city's most exciting high-tech companies - exclusively for students.

For a whole day, you will go behind the scenes at Adesso SE, Accenture GmbH, dotSource SE, Goepel Electronics GmbH, warmwind AG and zollsoft GmbH. Participants will gain direct insights into current projects, learn about digital innovations and have the opportunity to talk to the teams.

Who should take part?

The Safari is aimed at students with a technological focus (e.g. computer science, business informatics, data science, engineering) and German language skills of at least B2 level.

Particularly exciting: Friedrich Schiller University Jena is not the only university taking part - for the first time, students from Schmalkalden, Ilmenau, Nordhausen and Weimar can also register.

Supporting program

• Visit to six companies in Jena
• At the end: pizza & networking in a relaxed atmosphere
• Participation is free of charge, but places are limited to 60 participants.
